Submitting a form, uploading photos, or requesting an appointment does not confirm a booking, reserve a vehicle, or authorize repairs. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, discuss your needs, and explain the next steps.

Please provide accurate information and submit only documents and photos you are authorized to share.

3. Estimates and Repair Authorization

Estimates based on photos or an initial review are preliminary. An inspection may reveal additional damage or work needed.

We will provide the required estimate and obtain your authorization before beginning repairs. Additional work or charges requiring further approval will be explained and authorized before proceeding, as required by California law.

Completion dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Parts availability, hidden damage, and insurance coordination may affect timing.

4. Insurance Claims

Insurance coverage and claim payments are determined by your insurer and policy. Assistance with an estimate or claim does not guarantee coverage or payment.

Any deductible or other customer responsibility will be addressed in the applicable repair documents. These website terms do not independently authorize charges.

5. Vehicle Sales

Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation. The applicable purchase agreement and required disclosures will identify the vehicle, price, taxes, fees, and any warranty coverage.

For covered used-vehicle sales, warranty information is provided in the vehicle’s Buyers Guide and applicable warranty documents. These website terms do not change that coverage or limit your legal rights.

6. Car Rental

A rental request is subject to vehicle availability and eligibility requirements. The applicable rental agreement will explain driver requirements, insurance or protection options, mileage limits, fuel or charging requirements, and vehicle return conditions before you commit.

For bookings made through a third-party platform, that platform’s applicable terms also govern the booking.
