Plan your repair

Start your collision repair claim with clear next steps.

  1. Share what happened

Send your vehicle details and photos of the damage. If you have already opened a claim, have your claim number and adjuster’s contact details ready.

  2. Arrange an inspection

Our Sun Valley team will discuss your request and arrange the next step. Photos help us review visible damage; an in-person inspection may reveal additional work.

  3. Review the repair plan

We explain the proposed work and estimate and obtain your authorization before repairs. Ask your insurer about your deductible, coverage and rental benefits.

Insurance Questions

How do I request an estimate?
Complete our collision or accident-related mechanical repair request form, or call 747-372-0936. Describe your concerns and include photos when available. An in-person inspection may be needed to assess the work and prepare an estimate.
Can you provide an estimate from photos?
Photos help us understand visible damage, but they may not reveal everything that needs attention. Any preliminary assessment may change after an in-person inspection or further evaluation.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
We can help coordinate repair estimates, damage photos, and repair-related communication with your insurer. Coverage, deductibles, and claim payments depend on your policy and your insurer’s determination.
Will you contact me before starting repairs?
Yes. We will explain the proposed work and estimated cost and obtain your authorization before proceeding. If additional work is needed, we will contact you for approval.
