Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide through our service forms and related communications: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make, model and VIN, requested services, appointment preferences, rental dates, vehicle interests, budget details, and messages.

For collision inquiries, we collect the damage photos you upload. Photos may contain visible personal information and embedded metadata. Please avoid including unrelated people or personal documents.

We maintain request references, submission dates, request status, and internal follow-up notes. If you previously provided an SMS preference, we may retain that record, but new website requests do not enroll you in recurring text messages.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card information, driver’s license images, or unrelated sensitive information through these forms.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, review vehicle damage, prepare for estimates and inspections, coordinate appointments and vehicle or rental requests, communicate about requested services, and maintain related records.

We also use information to operate and protect our website, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Providing a phone number for a service inquiry does not enroll you in recurring SMS reminders.

3. SMS Reminders — Currently Inactive

Recurring SMS reminders are not currently offered through this website. Our forms do not collect new SMS subscriptions, and submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in text-message reminders.

If we offer an SMS program in the future, we will first provide the applicable program information and consent choices, along with working opt-out instructions.

You may call us to ask about your communication preferences or any previously submitted SMS preference. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose relevant information to providers supporting hosting, database and file storage, security, and communications; to parties involved in your requested service, such as an insurer or claims representative, when you direct or authorize disclosure or it is otherwise permitted by law; and to professional advisers or public authorities when reasonably necessary for legal compliance or protection of legal rights.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not authorize third parties to collect information through our website for their own cross-site advertising.

5. Cookies and Tracking

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand public-page visits, website interactions, and successful service inquiries. It may process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location, and usage information. We load Google Analytics only after you select Allow analytics. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website configuration.

Our service-inquiry analytics event includes only the service category. We do not send form field values, names, phone numbers, email addresses, VINs, messages, uploaded photos, or request references in that event. Our page configuration excludes URL query strings and fragments and reduces referrers to their website origin. We do not initialize Analytics on admin or authentication pages.

With analytics permission, we also count clicks on our phone and map links. These events record the public page and, for maps, the provider (Google or Apple), without sending the phone number, link text, or map address. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call connected.

You can decline optional analytics and continue using our services. Use Cookie choices in the footer to change your preference at any time. Your choice is stored in this browser; other browsers and devices have separate choices. Declining stops future Analytics collection and removes this site's Analytics cookies where accessible; it does not erase information already received by Google. Read Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy for more information about Google's processing.

Hosting and access services may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, and essential operation. These providers may also process technical information under their applicable privacy policies.

You may manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect website access or functionality.

We keep optional Google Analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our video gallery displays preview images from YouTube’s image servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information when those images load. We do not send the page’s referrer with these image requests. YouTube’s embedded player loads only when you choose to play a video, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Playback connects your browser to Google/YouTube, which may receive playback activity and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.

External websites and platforms reached through links have their own privacy policies and may collect information across websites. This policy does not govern their independent practices.

6. Storage and Retention

Form submissions are stored in hosted databases and uploaded photos in hosted file storage used to operate our website.

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Retention depends on whether an inquiry becomes a transaction, ongoing services, applicable recordkeeping obligations, warranty or insurance matters, and disputes. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to document permission and prevent unwanted messages.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to legal requirements and backup retention processes.

7. Your Requests and Choices

You may call or write to us using the contact details below to ask about information you submitted or request access, correction, or deletion. Include enough information to identify the request, such as your name, contact details, and request reference. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and provide an appropriate method.

We may reasonably verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, ongoing services, or other permitted reasons. We will explain applicable limitations.

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act or other privacy laws apply to our business and your information, we honor the applicable rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Applicable rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the personal information we maintain. No website, storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and inquiry forms are intended for adults seeking automotive services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice or another appropriate direct notice. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before applying a new use to previously collected information.
